作者在第139节里用“我心焦急，如同火烧”表达心情。我见到北美教会对上帝话语冷淡，也有如此心情。
在第136节 我的眼泪下流成河，因为他们不守你的律法。
作者用“眼泪下流成河”来形容心情。
我体会'活'的意思是我的灵魂从混沌中被解救出来。诗23:3 祂使我的灵魂苏醒，为自己的名引导我走义路。
在第140节里，“你的话极其精炼”。“精炼”比较难懂，“纯全”比较好些。对观经文是诗篇12:6节。
诗篇12:6耶和华的应许纯全，就像在炉中炼过七次的银子。
